By accessing Mimic: Economic Consensus ("Mimic" or "the Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Nature of the Service
Mimic aggregates weekly economist commentary into an AI-generated, simplified "macro weather" overview, including consensus indicators, analyst personas, and community sentiment. The Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Mimic is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, or financial institution.

Nothing on Mimic constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision. See the Risk Disclaimer for details.
4. Accounts & Community Conduct
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Voting, comments, and any user-generated content must be lawful, respectful, and non-defamatory. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Prohibited: harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, sexual, self-harm-promoting, or malicious content; impersonation; vote manipulation, brigading, or automated voting; scraping or reselling Platform output; promoting investment schemes or soliciting others to transact.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation: any AI output can be reported from the page it appears on, and abuse can be reported to info@ikaruscareer.com. Where public posting or messaging features are introduced, they launch with content filtering, in-product reporting, blocking, and active human moderation, as set out in the Governance & AI Policy. We may remove content, restrict interaction, or suspend accounts; you may appeal any decision to the same address.
4b. Jurisdiction & Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. The Platform is general, impersonal, educational content and is not directed at any jurisdiction where publishing it would require a financial-services authorisation. You are responsible for complying with local law; we may restrict access by region where required.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and AI-generated summaries are owned by Mimic or licensed to it. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without written permission.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated summaries, gauges, and consensus signals may contain errors, omissions, or biases. They are derived from third-party analyst commentary and should not be treated as authoritative.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mimic and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any financial losses.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law where the Platform operator is registered.
